The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) will handle telephone disputes. You can file a dispute or complaint by calling the PUC at 1-800-782-1110.

If you are low-income, you may be eligible for Lifeline. Lifeline provides phone discounts to customers with incomes at or below 135% of the federal poverty level. For more information about Lifeline and an application, click here.
