CLS strives to provide excellent legal services to Philadelphia’s growing limited English proficient and immigrant communities in several key ways.

• We provide services to limited English proficient clients in their primary language. Through the use of trained bilingual staff and free, professional interpreters and translators, we seek to bridge the language barriers to service.
• We offer services to low income residents of Philadelphia regardless of their immigration status. Clients can seek help even if undocumented or without providing a Social Security number.
• We represent or advise clients who are denied access to services or benefits on account of their lack of English language ability or due to immigration status.
