Telephone - The Energy Unit does not handle telephone cases. However, we are sometimes asked about telephone issues. In addition to referring telephone disputes to the Public Utility Commission (1-800-782-1110), we also provide this Lifeline handout to our low-income clients. Lifeline provides phone discounts to customers at or below 135% of poverty.
